Call to attend the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in NIBE and the publication of the NIBE Annual Report

Shareholders in NIBE Industrier AB (publ) are herewith invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Thursday, 10 May 2012 at 17:00 C.E.T. (5 pm) in the company’s premises at NIBE Marketing Centre (NIBE Marknadscenter) in Markaryd, Sweden.

We are also pleased to announce that the NIBE Annual Report for 2011 has now been published.

The printed version will be distributed shortly to all shareholders and can also be ordered via the NIBE website.
