Conversion of shares in NIBE Industrier AB (publ)
In accordance with NIBE Industrier AB’s articles of association, owners of Class A shares are entitled to request conversion of Class A shares to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has been carried out, NIBE Industrier AB is obliged by law to publish details of the change.
In September 2017, at the request of shareholder, 600,000 Class A shares were converted into 600,000 Class B shares. The total number of votes in the company now amounts to 1.030.809.932. The total number of registered shares in the company is 504.016.622 shares, of which 58.532.590 are Class A shares and 445.484.032 are Class B shares.
