Change in number of shares and votes in NIBE Industrier AB (publ)

Following the rights issue that NIBE Industrier AB (publ) (”NIBE” or the “Company”) has previously announced, the number of shares and votes in NIBE has changed during November 2016.

The shares subscribed for without the exercise of subscription rights have now been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (“SCRO”). As a result, the total number of shares in NIBE has increased by 455,544 shares of class B, corresponding to 455,544 votes.

As of November 30, 2016, the number of shares in NIBE amount to a total of 504,016,622, of which 59,132,590 shares of class A and 444,884,032 shares of class B. The number of votes in NIBE amounts, as per the same date, to a total of 1,036,209,932 votes.
