Change in number of shares and votes in NIBE

Following the rights issue that NIBE Industrier AB (publ) (”NIBE” or the “Company”) has previously announced, the number of shares and votes in NIBE has changed during October 2016.

The shares subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights have now been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (“SCRO”). As a result, the total number of shares in NIBE has increased by 7,391,566 shares of class A, corresponding to 73,915,660 votes, and 55,154,960 shares of class B, corresponding to 55,154,960 votes.

As of October 31, 2016, the number of shares in NIBE amount to a total of 503,561,078, of which 59,132,590 shares of class A and 444,428,488 shares of class B. The number of votes in NIBE amounts, as per the same date, to a total of 1,035,754,388 votes.
