Conversion of shares in NIBE Industrier AB (publ)

In accordance with NIBE Industrier AB’s articles of association, owners of Class A shares are entitled to request conversion of Class A shares to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has been carried out, NIBE Industrier AB is obliged by law to publish details of the change.

In January 2016, at the request of shareholder, 125,000 Class A shares were converted into 125,000 Class B shares. The total number of votes in the company now amounts to 226,670,942. The total number of registered shares in the company is 110,253,638 shares, of which 12,935,256 are Class A shares and 97,318,382 are Class B shares.
